Is the member area secure?
Yes your connection to the online members area is secured by an SSL connection meaning that information sent to and from the site is protected by industry standard encryption.
How do I register?
From the log in page click the blue banner that says “Not an online user?” and follow the steps. You will need you membership number to register.
How do I find my Membership Number?
Your member number will be on you member card and you annual statement we send you. If you can’t find it please contact us.
I have forget my pin or password
From the log in page you can click on the link at the bottom of the page to reset your pin or password.
I have forgotten both my pin and password
Please contact us so that we can reset your details.
How do I update my details?
Once you are logged in click on “My Information” this will bring up the details that you can change. Please note that for change of address and name we will require proof to be emailed to Mail@stockportcu.com.
How do I request a withdrawal?
Once logged in click on “Withdrawal request” and follow steps.
Why can’t I select the account I want to withdraw from?
If you cannot see the account that you can to withdraw from on the dropdown box, it’s because the account in questions is locked against a loan or a locked Xmas saver account. Please contact us for more information.
How do I make a deposit?
To make a deposit into your Stockport Credit Union account you will need to send a transfer from your bank or building society using the following details
Account Name – Stockport Credit Union
Account Number – 50443154
Sort Code – 08-09-24
Reference – Your Membership Number

If you think you details have been compromised it’s important that you contact us as soon as you can so we can disable your account.
