Upgrade your kitchen
Get rid of those January blues by giving the heart of the home a much-needed upgrade! Starting with replacing those tired-looking cupboard doors with new ones, is a great way to give your kitchen a fresh look for the year ahead. These can be picked up for as little as £25 per door for a good quality door with a nice finish.
To go with the new cupboard doors, why not add some contemporary subway tiles between your cupboards and worktops. These will bring your kitchen into 2021 with a fresh look and act as a great splashback for those messy cooking sessions. The ceramic tiles can be found for £10 per square meter and would look fantastic with the new doors.
Making pallet furniture
Why not get a head start on summer by creating some pallet furniture for your garden? It is simple to do and will make your garden look chic and at an affordable price. Pallets can be picked up for around £5-£6… or can even be salvaged from generous builders’ yards. Then all you need are nails and a hammer, sandpaper, and paint. This can be done for around £200 to get you a lovely garden sofa.
Not only is this a great way of upcycling, but also a fun activity for the kids to join in with!
Ether to go with your new pallet furniture or hang inside your kitchen to create a beautiful botanical arrangement and boost the oxygen levels! These can be picked up for as little as £20 per basket and will add a great floral arrangement inside or outside your house. The complete job will cost around £80-£100.
Hanging Baskets or a Planter
If hanging baskets do not quite do it for you, why not add a new planter to your garden. These are great for growing flowers or some vegetables to help with your New Year’s resolutions.

The average person will spend around 36 years in bed during their lifetimes. So why not add a fresh new bed to your room to make sure those 8 hours a night, are the best that they can be! A stylish bed with underneath storage will come in at around £300 plus another £150 –£200 for a new mattress to make sure that you sleep soundly every night!
